Original Packaging: The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., an incorrect or damaged item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear photo of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless we sent a wrong or damaged item.
